I am a fully qualified medical herbalist and a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists.

My training spans more than six years and mirrors much of a conventional medical education, including anatomy, physiology, and the study of disease. This gives me a clear understanding of how the body functions and how illness disrupts it. Alongside clinical training in physical examination and diagnosis, I draw on my extensive knowledge of medicinal plants to create targeted prescriptions.
Blending traditions with modern science
My interest in herbal medicine has grown over many years. It began with my own desire to support my health in a more natural, sustainable way—without relying on regular use of orthodox medication. I have huge appreciation for the NHS and the incredible care I’ve received from its practitioners.
I believe that herbal medicine and conventional medicine each bring something valuable, and that together they can offer a more rounded, holistic approach to health.
